Guided meditation discussion and practice for training the mind
based on the Tibetan Lam Rim path. Facilitated by Christopher Moroney. All are welcome anf there's no admission fee.

About the "Lam Rim" Stages of the Path to Enlightenment... the traditional Lam Rim steps are the basis that underlies of all our gatherings. Initiated by the Indian sage, Atisha, Lama Tsong Khapa later filled out the material in a step-by-step course to reach Enlightenment. Each week, a specific stage will be covered in the order that they are said to be achieved. See the list to right.
